Perfect cooling for innovative cutting-edge research
Perfect cooling for innovative cutting-edge research. Three NH3 chillers (Varimatik) are installed in the Biozentrum Basel.
1,600 kW cooling capacity per unit
Sophisticated laboratory air conditioning is an essential prerequisite for modern, cutting-edge research. A complex control system unites the three NH3 cooling generators, with their independent refrigeration circuits, into one overall system. The system thus provides the cooling energy required for a large number of users on each floor.
